Discover Hembrug’s leading hybrid machining solutions at EMO, Hannover 2019
On 16-21 September, the largest Europe machine fair will be held in Hanover. And again this year, Hembrug Machine Tools will participate and showcase at booth C19 in hall 17 leading hybrid machining solutions with the MikroTurnGrind 1000 and the unique KombiFin stone finish technology from PT GoldAU UG.

The MikroTurnGrind 1000
The MikroTurnGrind is a new, fully-fledged hard turning and fine grinding machine that achieves leading (sub)micron accuracies with both hard turning and cylindrical grinding. The machine offers great flexibility, accuracy and economic advantages, especially for manufacturers of small to medium-sized series with a wide variety of workpieces. With the MikroTurnGrind 1000, they can replace time-consuming and labour-intensive processes with a single machine. The MikroTurnGrind 1000 has a maximum machining capacity of Ø 380 mm or Ø 200 x 1,000 mm for workpieces between centres.

Stone finish technology
For small to medium-sized workpieces, Hembrug offers, in cooperation with PT GoldAU UG, unique stone finish technology on its standard machines, such as the Mikroturn® 100. The KombiFin technology incorporates a small stone finish unit that can be easily integrated into a horinzontal Mikroturn lathe. A separate finishing operation, when required, on a dedicated machine is therefore no longer necessary. PT GoldAU UG will be present at the Hembrug stand to present this unique technology and to tell you all about the advantages it offers.

De MikroTurnGrind 1000
De MikroTurnGrind is een nieuwe, volwaardige harddraai- en fijnslijpmachine die toonaangevende (sub)micron nauwkeurigheden bereikt met zowel harddraaien en rondlijpen. Vooral voor fabrikanten van kleine- tot middelgrote series met een grote productvariatie levert de MikroTurnGrind 1000 grote flexibiliteit, nauwkeurigheid en economische voordelen op. Deze kan tijdrovende en arbeitsintensieve processen vervangen door een bewerking met één machine. De MikroTurnGrind 1000 heeft een max. bewerkingscapaciteit van Ø 380 mm (vliegend) of Ø 200 x 1.000 mm tussen de centers.

Steenfinish Technologie van PTGoldAU UG
Voor kleine- tot middelgrote werkstukken biedt Hembrug, in samenwerking met PT GoldAU UG, unieke steenfinish technologie op haar standaard machines aan zoals de Mikroturn® 100 aan. De KombiFin-technologie betreft kleine, sensorische steenbewerkingsunits die eenvoudig in een horizontale kunnen worden geïntegreerd. Een nabewerking op een afzonderlijke machine is daardoor niet meer nodig. PT GoldAU UG zal op de stand van Hembrug aanwezig zijn om deze unieke technologie te presenteren en alles te vertellen over de voordelen die het biedt.
