In cooperation with our agents, we are strengthening our services outside of Europe. The reinforcement consists of two parts: training of the agent’s service engineers at Hembrug and on location. And also the set-up of local spare parts warehouses. For example, Hembrug has recently trained a second service engineer from our Chinese agent DKSH. DKSH will also set-up a local spare parts warehouse in China. The service training enables agents to provide the same service that Hembrug offers its customers in Europe. Examples of this are the commissioning of machines, maintenance on call and contractual basis, and service caused by technical failures. A local spare parts warehouse allows for very fast delivery of spare parts.
This reinforcement is a logical continuation step in the growth of the number of Hembrug Mikroturn® machines outside of Europe. Customers are in this way assured of a fast service that minimizes any possible machine break down and down time.
